What is EliteGamers?
EliteGamers is a forum.
Connection to the EliteGamers is subject to our Terms of Service and such connection should not
infringe any 3rd party's trademarks/property/software rights. The Forum runs for our own educational
purposes only.
Make sure to read the Terms and Conditions. Being here requires your agreement to them. 
Terms of Service
1. You will agree to any future ammendments to these terms of service.
2. You agree that if any part of this agreement is found to be unlawful, that you still agreed in principle to
that part, and also that no other part of this agreement will be affected as a result.
3. A licence to access our servers is granted automatically to anyone who meets all of the following
parameters:
a) has not been banned or in any other way forbidden to use our services by a member of staff.
b) has no intention of using our services to make money.
c) will use our services for entertainment purposes only.
4. You agree that you cannot access our servers without a licence as laid out in Term 3.
5. You agree that our services are not in contravention of any law.
6. You agree that you shall disclose to us any information about our services that could or would be
detrimental to us or our members.
7. You agree that you shall not and cannot hold the owner any or all of our staff responsible for content
submitted by our members.
8. You agree to not conduct yourself in a manner that others may or do find offensive.
9. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that minors are not exposed to material on these services
that could be deemed unsuitable.
10. You agree to accept any decision made by the owner or any member of staff without question.
11. You agree to not take any action that is or could be detrimental to our services or our members.
12. You agree to not click on advertisements you are not interested in and not to overclick any advertisement
displayed on the Web site.
13. Connection to our Forums may only be made via our own client software. You will not use any
other software to connect to our servers.
14. You agree with all the rules and the biggest rule of all: "Dont like it, dont use it!"
